Oxford Ehibition Services works through a network of reputable agents to provide a comprehensive and reassuring service to clients engaged in international exhibitions.

We organise the booking of airfreight space, export licences and CITES certificates. On behalf of clients liaise with the UK Customs import and export administration and can provide up to date advice regarding temporary imports and customs procedures.

Our experienced agents at London’s airports and major ports supervise all our outgoing and incoming consignments. For oversize airfreight that cannot be sent from a UK airport, we use our own specialist vehicles to deliver to and from Paris, Frankfurt or Amsterdam. We can also arrange the packing and shipping of ocean freight containers.

We can make all travel arrangements for couriers. Our staff will greet them and offer every assistance.
